supp,

see i ve got this problem in my system , im not sure wether its the amp's problem or the battery supply. When ever i try to push the volume up, i feel my amp shuts OFF and then it comes ON back again , this keeps happenin when ever i try to increase the volume otherwise its fine.

i ve got a 1200w amp
and a kenwood sub

Sounds like you may be trying to draw too low of an ohm load from your amplifier. Check the Parallel / Series Diagrams to the left for more information on ohm loads. How many ohms is your subwoofer’s voice coil(s) and how many does it have? How many ohms can your amplifier handle, are you running it bridged?
